One year ago, Serendipity Bookshop opened its doors in downtown Taunton with a simple dream: to create a warm, welcoming space where books bring people together. What began as an idea quickly became something so much bigger, because of all of you.

Over the past year, we’ve shared countless stories, hosted amazing events, met incredible readers, and built a community that truly believes in the power of books and connection. Every visit, every conversation, and every book you’ve taken home has helped shape what Serendipity has become.

To our customers, neighbors, authors, and friends, thank you for supporting a small, woman-owned, LGBTQ+-owned independent bookstore. Your support means everything to us.
